It had been brought to our attention, that the names of Blockchain Law Group and Ms. Arden had been misappropriated and falsely used in connection with the fraudulent ICOs similar to the situations when the names, logos or seals of the SEC, CFTC and NFA were used without their authorization by ICO fraudsters. Such fraudsters unlawfully use the names of reputable professionals, organizations, and government agencies to lure people in.
